Each time you dine with us, you will be presented with a small slip of paper, what is known as an omikuji on which to write a wish. What you write is your personal wish - it can be whatever you want - simple, complex, long, short, a wish for the present, the past or the future. Then, once you've written your wish, drop it into the big box in the restaurant to be joined with hundreds of other wishes. Once we reach the level indicated on the box, Nozumi Japanese Cuisine will make a contribution to a pre-selected charity along with a party in their honor.
